Schedule:Available in 2-3 training day packages. It can be scheduled with the coach any day, Monday-Friday and on Saturdays.
Programming: Individualized programming is provided for each athlete through the BTWB app. Programming is tailored based on sports, weaknesses, and athletes' individual goals and needs.
