Our GNARLY60 class is designed to deliver a high-intensity workout that combines functional movements, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, our class is tailored to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels.

Our experienced and certified coaches will guide you through each session, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety. You'll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about improving their physical and mental well-being.

Here's what you can expect from our GNARLY60 class:

  3. Workout of the Day (WOD): Each class features a different Workout of the Day, carefully programmed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. These workouts are constantly varied, keeping you engaged and preventing plateauing.
