Welcome to our GNARLY60 Class!

Get ready to challenge yourself, push your limits, and transform your fitness journey. Our GNARLY60 class is designed to deliver a high-intensity workout that combines functional movements, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, our class is tailored to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels.

Our experienced and certified coaches will guide you through each session, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety. You'll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about improving their physical and mental well-being.

Here's what you can expect from our GNARLY60 class:


Dynamic Warm-up:

We begin each class with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the intense workout ahead. This includes mobility exercises, stretching, and light cardiovascular movements.


Skill Development

You'll have the opportunity to learn and refine various functional movements, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises. Our coaches will provide instruction and demonstrations to help you master the proper techniques.


Workout of the Day (WOD):

Each class features a different Workout of the Day, carefully programmed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. These workouts are constantly varied, keeping you engaged and preventing plateauing.


Intensity and Scaling:

Our workouts are designed to be intense, but don't worry—we offer scaling options to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will help you find the appropriate modifications or progressions.


Functional Fitness:

GNARLY60 focuses on functional movements that mimic real-life activities, making you stronger and more capable in your daily life. From lifting heavy objects to improving your cardiovascular capacity, you'll develop a well-rounded fitness foundation.

Our scaling options allow you to tailor each workout to your individual fitness level:
